Hello all Feral Heart users~
Shadowmoon here and I'm in a situation, mind helping me?
Okay so a lovely human-being created a preset for me, it is rather lovely and all but I would like for it to be able to export out of my preset maker thing in game. At the moment it isn't exporting and I don't know what the hell to do :c
Please... help me?

1. If a member made a preset for you then make sure that you put the prest int the correct folder (example: if someone made a preset and it came from preset_5 folder then you will have to put that preset in folder_5)
2. If you made a preset and you want to learn to export it and stuff then vist this:
http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=10&Itemid=17 (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=10&Itemid=17)
3. If these aren't helping then a member or any of the staff team of the fourms will try to find the correct answer.

Well. It says it should be in folder four but it is label 5 :\

This problem will not be specifically Mac related, and also I am not able to help much without more detailed information. How do you know it didn't work, were there any errors? Did it crash? What were you doing before? What sort of files do you have?
If by label you mean title, you probably need to put the files if they are named [title]5, in the preset 5 folder, unless you have a .mat file with it. Otherwise, each folder has a .mat file in it already that references certain named files. (folder 1 has a .mat folder that references [title]1 image files)
I hope this helps, shadowmoon.

Honestly, i also have a mac...I am not able to use presets just because of the way they download. Most are meant for a computer like windows. Weird yes, this did happen to me, and same with FH+ i am not able to download it. Maybe there is someway that Red or others can update it to make it easier?

This could be a problem with an incompatible downloader, or zip files. There is no reason why you would have problems with .fhp files. Can you identify at what point you have an error or what the error looks like? That would be a big help. If you downloaded a .zip or .rar file you will need to extract it with a program that can decompress files. If you downloaded several png files and a .mat file, you need to put it in the correct numbered folder under the [my presets] folder and export it. If you downloaded a .fhp file, you need to put it under your [presets] folder.
