I want to make a map with floating islands but i'm not sure how too. Any help?
-
Open FeralHeart go to tools -> Object maker and click the Mesh tab.
Type ''RockIsland.mesh'' or ''RockIsland2.mesh'', the materials should appear on their own.
And now you have a floating island mesh. Just name it and save it. (:

Thank you! Would you happen to know how to make Water spheres as well? Or do you do pretty much the same thing as the islands?
-
Pretty much do the same, actually think water sphere can be added in object maker via the third tab.

how do you make other mesh items float? i am trying to make moss hang from the top of a cave entrance for my warrior cat rp map. i try everything but it only ends up sticking up from the ground.

In Map Maker on the last tab, there are the coordinate options.

The Y button on the left side will move your mesh up and down. The Pitch, Yaw and Roll will rotate it.

I've made floating islands that way myself, However i found that i couldnt stand on them..
I just passed right through them (In map maker) and when i tried them in the game
They didnt appear at all :-/

That would be because you didn't set a collision and didn't save them to their own group.
In the Mesh tab, you need to check "Own Collision"
and then when you save them, they need to be in their own group, not Default, MyRocks, MyTrees, etc,
just save them to one that doesn't exist and it will create it for you.
