I can't create a character 'cause I can't find character creator or any icon or something to get me to where I can create my character. I need help! I only started about 7 minutes ago on May16, 2012.!  >:( :( :'(

You mean, after you've logged into Feral-Heart?

All you have to do is download the game.  Here.

Then when you download it, open it up, log in with the username and password that you created on this website.  Once you do that, click log in, and you'll be able to create a character.
