Title: COMPLETELY unsure of WHERE to stick this...

I'm going to make a forum about applications for a Feline RP I have. It includes a map and I don't have time for it, so I do not want it to waste. Where exactly in the site would I stick this?

When you say forum, I'd assume you mean making your own thread on these boards, and in that case
