Title: Making custum objects

Hello, I'm making a map, I am wanting to make some new objects, like some roses, saplings, river stones ect.
I'm not sure whether I can make these objects; but its worth the try.

Can anyone help me acheive my goal of making a rose, some saplings, and river stones?
