VOTE EAGLE!! think about it. evil glinting eyes, high nest/perches, and i have an idea. if an eagle was in a lions or wolfs group the eagle would have an option to land on the lion or wolfs back, like a mounting idea.

eagle! i'd have a nest somewhere, and ride on people's backs... and there could be, like, eagle flocks that can be like spies in rp's, and there are bound to be the some sizing and color and marking stuff, so there'd also be vultures, falcons, maybe owls though that's stretching it a bit, songbirds, doves... stuff like that, it'd be cool =D

I voted dragon, but all the options sound good! And I second horse/unicorn/pegusus/unipeg too. Pesonally, I'd like to see a separate species model for Hyenas, as they aren't really canines, but...the canine-'yena works for now, I guess.

Frankly. unless it was for prey reasons...I wouldn't want anything else.
The "territorial predujice" with canines vs felines is getting out of hand anyway and we dont need anything else in there...

omg. if you get a dragon, its a dragon. it ends there. if you get a canine, its a wolf, dog, demon, etc. same thing with eagle. you get an eagle and it could be any number of birds. i love that idea XD

 Guys... FH has enough species. By that I mean, you can make a BEAR or a RABBIT out of the feline model. You can even make an otter, you have to have an imagination. You can also ATTEMPT a dragon. (I have. It actually came out quite nicely, WITHOUT a fully scale-textured preset.) You have to be creative with what you have, FH really doesn't need any more models imo.

Kovu has put alot of time and effort into FH and all you can do is complain and prod? Honestly, it's just a little insensitive, don't you think?

complain and prod? were not complaining or prodding. we are daring to think that something could be different in this picture. when humans had washing boards that they scrubbed on and rubbed their knuckles raw, did they settle for that? no, they built a washing machine. improvement is built into the human brain. so forgive us for wanting something better (not in greedy terms, don't get all hissy-fittin over this), as does 99.999999999% of the population.

Eagle, having a dragon would kill the enjoyment of the game. The game is suppose to have real animals, not fantasy. Hence the name Feral Heart. That's mostly another reason why there's probably not going to be any extras to the animals. (Even though there's rumor about wings and such for the animals)

 @ the post above: Real wings won't be added. Kovu said he doesn't want them. Although, Teal did make a wing marking that I believe is going to be included in the next patch.

So, obviously the people spreading this rumor of wings were greatly misunderstanding what they heard. I knew Kovu didn't want them, but people tried to convince me there were going to be real wings. Well, anyways, thank you Gem for clearing that up. Also, I say this again, that the Eagle would be more better for a new animal (at least take in consideration of all the things you could do. Also just something to think about, I know it would be hard to create them though, and that it will be a very long time (that is if it will be made) when they do come).

 Yes, they misunderstood. And honestly, I can't say I agree, because I'm not taking this topic very seriously at all. Heck, I've managed to make a dragon out of the existing FH models, I think that what FH has so far is fine. But that's my own opinion.

Well, yeah it's true. Some people don't have very good imagination skills, is mostly one reason why they make these kind of topics. In my opinion I think eagles would be good, but I know it's also not exactly good for the game either. So really, I'm not taking it serious either, it's just some things to make people happy, knowingly none of those other creatures will probably ever make it in the game, which I'm fine with. We should all just be happy with what Kovu decides for us all, and appreciate it, when there's probably some kids that can't even play this game, that they probably would like, because of not having internet, or problems with their computers. All and all, the game is something all should just enjoy, and besides, there will be patches, that add even more better things, better then wings, or any other objects they had in I.T.

o3o IMO I think that the models we have now are fine. Certainly more things will be added as time passes that could widen the customization spectrum of the game. IMO two species is fine.

Because birds of prey kick butt-- it's just that no one notices because they are dead when the finally realize how powerful they are.

Okay, not really. But they are a higher carnivore, therefore, would fit in with FH right along with the wolves and cats.

i sooooo want an eagle to be added! there would be a set height so u couldn't fly into oblivion, but it'd be cool to pretend to dive-bomb wolves and stuff. and can you imagine the spying opportunites? lol jking. flying a bird would sort of be like f3 cam, right? cuz i wurv doing that when i'm bored XD

I want an eagle and a dragon.
But,Arokai will have an:

Owl - Similiar to the eagle.

Deer - Elk.

Canine - Wolves/other.

Feline - Lions/other.

Bear - ...Idk,Seekers i guess?

Dragon - Magicalness of Magic of the Magik Magic Club.

Gryphon -  SIX LIMBED BURD AWAY!!!!!

The dragon,if added,could have the option to choose bird wings or dragon wings,six limbs or four,so-and-so number of horns. Same thing as the horns with the tails,spines,ears,heads,ect.

I also think it should be a general bird of prey :3 you could customize it's beak length, cheek size, beak curve, forehead size, crown feather size, eye size, weight(fluffyness), and then width length and height :D then the tail feathers could be customizeable, then mane/feathers, head feathers, and tufts like on the back of the head, neck, back of legs, or back, and then eyes, and head, body, and tail markings. The beak would switch out the nose color, and there can be pelt, underfeathers, eyes above eyes and below, contour feather tips(instead of tail tip), mane/tufts, and markings ^_^ the markings could include different patterns that many interesting eagle, falcon and hawk species have

personally, id love to see rodents (yeah i said it)

but from my experience in fh, ive noticed the accumulation of HOOFED ANIMALS. specifically horses, zebras, and giraffes (yes giraffes seem to be popular for some reason).

the character would mainly be a horse base, but playing around with details could make for cows, donkeys, mules, zonkeys (<3), okapis, and moreee

and horses and hoofed animals in general, TONS of markings. and manes would be easy to do o3o.

Yeah, I mean... I don't understand why people say 'oh dont add prey animals, people will get made when others try to hunt them' yet felines and canines loath each other in the wild but no one seemes to be complaining. Frankly I would love to run around as a sheep or greater Kudu.

Hmm, it's between eagle and dragon for me.

A dragon would be really useful for me to switch into (because that's what my char's do), but then again everyone will be a dragon, and FeralHeart will lose what it was created for.

Eagles would be good, because this game isn't really fantasy, it's real animals made to look different. I suppose you could customise your eagle and put different patterns and beak shapes on it and be able to fly high.

Meh, really tough decition. But as it looks like dragons are going to win, I am going to vote for the eagles, maybe then FeralHeart will make them both. :P

Hmm Its a Tough one to decide on, but in the End I have gone with a Dragon, I have just been playing Divinity II: The Dragon Knight so I have kinda got dragons on the mind. I also don't know of any MMORPG that lets you customize and play as a Dragon. It sounds Awesome :D

DRAGONS!!!! Ones with four legs, like Saphira on Eragon. They should be able to walk and run and fly high.

or... HORSES!!!!!!! They should atleast be able to walk and gallop. Instead of sit they should rear or buck. And they should lay...

Gah, I'd not choose with the eagle, for example, a flock of eagles picking on someone who is on a warrior cat rp? Not the best choice... and what Kovu said about wings. (I get everyones moods down xD) Though it would be good to have as a random object flying around in the sky that you could ride.

Bunnies: Bunnies would be awesome, better than having weird looking feline bunnies. however, the size is kinda impossible to adjust. Like a giant bunny walking around would be quite unrealistic. and the emotes wont really fit it. The same with the running, the mods would have to break their backs making new animations.

Dragons: Idk.

Though a lemur would be awshum. wit der huge jumps and little paws. daaww

I voted for the' bunny. Though I'd rather see prey meshes of all those animals then playable ones. I rather like just the feline and canine playable species.
Personally I would love a playable snake or crocodile though, but I can see that being.../Pictures giant snake and croc players trying to eat the feline and canine players

I voted for bunny, but mainly only cause that's the only decent animal in the poll.

All the rest I do not want to see in the game period.

And just like what Hasseni said dragons would make me mad as well. e_e

Mainly cause their high poly bodies would make people lag, and would in general would just be a huge eyesore.

I would like to be a dragon, but kovu presumably won't add that, and same thing about the eagle. With eagles landing on peoples backs, that would not be added because some people wouldn't want an eagle on their back, and there would be lots of complaints.

IF they ever decided to add more animals... although I am satisfied with canine and feline, I think it should be deer and horses. Especially since so many people already try to RP as them and they make good prey ;)

Well, Arokai is going to have deer, and you cold probably make a horse out of that. Dragons are also going to be in Arokai, so eagle would probably the best bet ^^

Kovu gave us lions, then wolves. Then people just beg for more. I am guilty of it also. :x No one is ever satisfied. :c

I think one animal that would be cool to have is an water and fire dragon! There could be powers you could do and an battle arena and battle eachother and people could watch. And the dragons could get extremly big like in IT. Blow out fire would be awesome! And there could be those night fury dragons from how to train your dragon. That would be nice. :D

Goodness, there is only one vote between eagles and dragons.

Just a reminder than dragons will not be added to FeralHeart since this is a game for creatures that exist (canines and felines), so voting for dragons is pretty pointless really.

You can't? I can make foxes very easily since they aren't that small, it should be fine with all the new options in the character maker.

Also, if you where able to play as prey, imagine how harassed you would be by Canines/Felines.

I would like more dog characters put into the database, if that is alright. Cats as well.

Also, if we could add like weasels, ferrets, bunnies, and such, that would be excellent.

I know this isn't an option, but maybe an actual hyena model?
Lets face it, the canine(not strictly wolf) model doesn't really fit the anatomy of a hyena, plus I'm downright sick of wolves honestly.
A monkey would be pretty cool too, no one has them. But yeah eagle if anything, everyone wants dragons but lets face it dragons can be boring too plus AK will have them so it's best to wait for that ;D

This made me laugh, in all honesty. If it's realistic, then tell me why do we have neon-colored, pink on black wolves with mohakws running around? A bit contradicting to your comment, no?

As for more species, I'd rather see more predators than what could be hunted (deer, rabbits, etc). Personally, I'd like eagles, but I'm not sure how well they'd fit into the game. :| I see F-H as being set up for canines and felines, and because the customization options are rather wide-ranging, there's no need for individual species like foxes, jackals, coyotes, leopards, domestic cats, tigers, etc.

I don't get whats so special about dragons anyway honestly. They're basically giant lizards that fly and breathe fire. Not saying I don't like them (I'll probably play one in Aro'kai) but seriously people need to stop asking for them in FH. It just doesn't fit in FH not one bit.

I don't know why ppl want more species in this game such as dragons, eagles, or gryphons. You can still make a dragon by modifying the feline model to get a Western or the canine to get an Eastern and use a bit of imagination. Same thing with gryphons too. I am obsessed with dragons myself. Truth is nobody knows what dragons really look like becuase they don't exist.

Because dragons are mythical creatures, it means that you can make them look like whatever you want them to, so you're wrong there, everyone knows what dragons look like.

You might not get what I mean there. Dragons are not an existing species on Earth so there is no confirmed appearence. Same with all mythical creatures. They only exist in our imaginations and everyone has a different interpretation of what a dragon, bigfoot or gryphon would look like. So I am definatly not wrong.

Everyone has a different interpretation of it, yes, but that is the beauty of it. Also, all dragons, no matter who created them, look alike because it is a dragon. Every body knows the main features of a dragon.

Equines and Rodents. i think there should be servers, too. ones with and without certain species, and also ones that only have realistic colours, ones with un-realistic colours, etc. even though i love feral heart every roleplay i have tried to get into has either failed or is taking forever to build up more people. and i dont wanna join a pack so i think that more added to the game in the future would be a good idea. :)

Actually the server is pretty strong unlike IT's so hacking seems unlikely. Even though I have an obsession for dragons I don't think they would fit in with FH. But an upcomming game, Arokai will have stunning dragons and and several other species. Icewolf, I don't know why you said no wings will be added when you voted for eagles. That sort of confuses me.

I think a horse would be cool, and you could make something like a pegasus or unicorn, only mostly horse, i like more realistic things, a bear would be nice, too.
Also a fish that swam in water you could make, customize, and so.

I once had a dream where I was playing IT and there were Mola molas (AKA Ocean sun fish) swimming around the Ocean map.

It seemed like a really cool idea, and I would love to see these guys in either game.

Some other ideas include Rhinoceros, Hippopotamus, and maybe some cool kinds of Ibex.

What I would love is different 'habitat' maps with maybe specific animals on each one, like an African savannah map, an Amazon basin map, Indain mangrove map, Tibetan mountains map, etc.

I think NO MORE animals should be added. I think that they could produce a more relistic domesticated feline and canine. I have seen many german shepards and huskies, but i think they should  have a wider range of tails and ears. Like a 'whip' tail, for labs and such.
