Ok, I have a map and all and now my pack has it as well as the rival one. But thats not to problem here. You see, it has kicked everyone out (eating their chars) and now no one can get on the char for that rp. No one can get in or out of the map either. Well, you can get in but you get, "Failed to connect to server" thing. It goes on for hours seeing as we have all tried and nothing works. We all dont know what to do and we just cant seem or find out how to fix it. Please help.

I can check your map and see if there is anything strange with.
mostly problems like that are due to high population, but maybe in your case is because the map is huge?
I dont find what is the map i should download at your site. i have already registered.

We do have a lot getting on at once but it allowed us for three to five days before if finally just kicked all of us out and ate us. The map is 10,000 for the base and the height I believe is 400. But... Its never does this before. Also, the map is the Hidden Land one. The Hidden Horizon is the temporay one we are using since we all cant handle the regular FH plains and or lands seeing as they have to many interactions lol. ^^'' And the issue is that it ate us and keeps us out. When we all try to get on it says, "Failed to connect to server". So... Yea...

Whoa, 10,000 by 10,000? ._....Um...thats kinda...interesting to make a map "That" big but that would most likely be the issue. I would try seeing if converting it to the basic area would help to distribute the characters back out because of that. Otherwise you all may have to delete and rejoin o.e...I hope it doesn't come to that.

I dont know if it is exactly that big since all I did as type in 10,000 seeing as it is for 2 packs yet... it is still very small. Ehh... I think I might have that wrong... And maybe, I heard from a few that it needs to "reset its server" but I dont know what the heck that means. Id rather not make another seeing as this took over 3 months to make. Plus, Im using this one plus 5+ (main) and some little ones leading off the main ones for the whole "Hidden Lands" maps. Its for the rp lol. And so far, I have 3 done... Taken me over a year so far with things in my life conteracting it. Gah! So... Id rather not restart it all over again. T-T

Don't think has been said yet;
Sometimes maps get stuck on server, which means people can't get in or out. Generally this will clear up with a server restart, I know one is done about every week or so, I do not know when the last one was.
Have memebers try to delete and replace the map, see if can work. However as stands, could be server bug. Least, that is what it is sounding like.

Don't worry, your map will never been lost, you can just change the seed of it.
Just i hope the server will be restarted soon, i also got stuck my char testing the map XD.
As far i seen, you map has no obvious problems.

Glad to hear that. And what do you mean by "change the seed" of it? Once more, sorry bout your char... Truly. Ima bout to hurt this map but eh. Anywho, thank you for helping me out haha. I can finally know what to tell all my members. ^^ Thank yoy for all your help. :D

To change the seed of your map, you just open in notepad then file HiddenLand.map, the you search for the line: Seed=hkibxxxxxx, then you change the these 10 random leters to another diferent 10 random leters like this: Seed=X0pHKFnXCs. save and export and now you can enter your map again.
WARNING: changing the seed number will make another map instance in the server, so people in the same map name can not see or chat with people in the same map with diffferent seed.
I mean with this, people in a map with the old seed can not see people in the same map with the new seed, just like if you have done a new different map.
About to get unstuck the char, the only thing you can do is to wait until a server restart.
So i recommend to wait a few days.

The server got a weekly restart and your map is now working.

Yep, thank you all for your help. All my members are all cheering and just came to me saying, "The map is up, the map is up!" Thank you all for your help. ^^ Much appreciated and muched oblidged. Im just happy we can rp again. :D

Thank you very much. :D It was the server all along lol. You were very helpful and seeing as you do have our maps now and I know of it, I shall give you promission if you would like to come and visit us while we are just in it. Since you did attempt to help us. Thank you again. Hope to see you in the map Theirry. Also, Hidden Horizon was made by my mate Zero (Tie_Wolf) and he made it under 2 hours for a temp area so... lol. Thats why there is a huge differance. Min,e I took a lot of time to make it haha. Anywho, see you in the map sometime and thank you!!
