Today me and my friend saw someone raping another person. I will pm a mod, but I was wondering if the pm will stay anonymous?

Oops, not the pm, but if the user does get banned, will they know who reported them?

Reports are kept secret from the user reported and kept private between the reporter and the mod team.

Mmm. It'd be rude for the admins to tell the banned person who reported them. If so, they would make a new account and be out to getcha, so it's best for them NOT to know.
