Title: Help on where i should post if im looking for someone, but not role playing.

(Kinda hard to phrase) Yeah, i'm asking help on where I should post a request on trying to find a specific person/username from in-game, but not exactly role-playing. I just want to find one person/username, that hasn't been active or on in a long time.
