Title: Downloaded map but cant find it in game help plz

I made a map on my friends laptop called 'The Nightshade Packs Camp(home)'. I found it and downloaded it on my laptop and put the download once it was done in my FH exports folder but the map is not in my game anywhere. What can I do to fix this?
 ((The map is for my friend -Wolfgirl71- and my group so i would be really thankful if you could help))

Well, if you exported it and put the .fhm file in your exports folder,
the map should be able to be accessed via a portal in the Cape of Distant Worlds.
If you have that done,
make sure that the map even has a portal in Map Maker.
Check the Has Portal box and type in the coordinates for a portal.
