Title: Game wont work. Acoount issue?

I've done everything in the BIG HELP forum. The account and password is not wrong. I've changed my password, I've waited for a couple of hours before trying after fifth time. No programs is stopping the game. I have full internet connection. I've downloaded the most recent patch. I'm not using the numbers on the side. Nothing is working. It keeps coming up that the username or password is not correct and that after 5 failed attempts, I'm banned for 15 minutes. Can someone please help? I want to play the game so bad :3

Your username may be too long. And you don't need numbers or symbols in password. May have to create new account.
