I got like 7 bad tokens before i could get onto a newly created character.. ON LONELY CAVE... WHAT IS WITH THE BAD TOKENS???? I cant get on any other map now!! all the portals in lonely cave give me over 900000 bad tokens and never let me on even if i keep trying over and over a billion times and i get bad tokens trying to get onto a new character in lonely cave! and when i try to chat with my friends it takes them forever to respond and they keep asking me if im there or not!
my internet is very good! low ping (63 average only like 3 jitter so my internet is VERY fast) my download and upload speed are excellent too
why is this happening??? my computer runs the game fine D: it didnt do this a year ago! now its gotten to the point i cant get onto lonely cave hardly!

Try reinstalling your game first of all. The server's working. So it has to be a problem on your end. Could be internet if you're using large amount of bandwidth doing multiple things, or if network is shared.

No I have only feral heart going. nothing else (not even an open web browser) and I tried deleting the entire feral heart folder and reinstalling too many times to count.

Try changing your rendering subsystem via options menu.

no difference at all
tried that already.
already at lowest settings possible
lowest view distance
640x480 16bit looks like crap
no water reflections
turned sound off to lower processor usage
still cant get onto any map except for lonely cave.. every map gets bad token.. got onto cape of distant worlds once or twice but it took me like 50 tries D: all other maps wont let me on no matter what!

Honestly sounds like are having problems with connection between server and your computer, but if internet is as good as says it is, shouldn't be a problem. Have any firewalls that could possibly be blocking connection occasionally? Usually simply blocks out at start, but never know.
You could also be trying to get into public maps when server is busy, which lands everyone bad tokens, not just you. But, seeing as you can't even get into Lonely Cave without them.
What year/model is computer?

acer aspire (no idea really but its very fast and the maps genrally play perfectly smoothly when i can actually GET ON the maps) and the game used to work SUPER fast on highest settings
1440x900 i think and all settings like view distance at max i used to be able to go in and out of the plains without a single bad token but now after about a year of playing i cant do ANYTHING even with the crappyest settings makes no difference i still get the bad tokens and lonely cave is barely working for me (even at 1 in the morning it still gives me bad tokens)

Haven't changed up computer or internet service assuming?
May want to perform a sweep on your computer, get rid of any stray files, pc clean up if you will. Might have something to do with some files sittin' around somewhere else? Honestly can't think of anything at moment, will keep brainstorming and looking around for similar issues.

nope never downloaded anything since i got feral heart and i have already tried resetting my internet modem too many times to count.. no difference and this is after a CLEAN reinstall of windows so i shouldn't have any problems with performance or internet whatsoever
and no there is no difference in internet speed of browsing. i checked my speed a bit ago and hasnt changed much its still like 60 ping and very good internet speed overall youtube videos play in full HD without even buffering
i am really frustrated with these bad tokens... they were bad before but now they're even worse

You may hate me for saying this, but part of your problem is that you are using an Acer. They are incredibly low quality computers, I should know. I've had my Acer Aspire since June 2008 and I used to be able to play WoW on it without too many issues. Now, I can barely even play FH on it at times, with many lag issues, even after dumbing down all of my settings.
Figured I'd give you a forewarning on that one.
Otherwise, I honestly think many people are still experiencing problems with the Server and that will likely keep happening until Raz has had a chance to talk with the Server folks and get things settled. Unless my eyes deceived me, I believe he mentioned having hacked FH through their servers, so the game is probably not running at Optimum Capacity.
Partially just a guess on my part for that last bit, don't bite my head off if it's wrong xD

That was just the forum from what I read, otherwise the server would have gone up at the same time as the forum?
