Title: Position Glitch...?

Well when my friends and I logged back on it seemed we can't tell where the other persons chara is. For example, I say a friend is siting next to me me, on there screen they are somewhere else..Or they just are not moving on my screen. Is there a way to fix this? I restarted my computer and they did too but the problem still lingers.

This is error with server. Is having problems at the moment. So once you've all been in the same spot for a bit, you'll be able to see one another.
