Title: Registred, want log in but says i'm banned!?

Hello everbody...
I hope someone can help me  :-\
no so long time ago (like since yesterday) I registred in this game
But the problem is that I want log in it says that i'm banned for 3 days x hours x mins
Whats happening!? :'(
