Title: Cant get on Custom Map

I am Pebblestar of Windclan~TBE~ and our group has made a mapped roleplay area
I can see the portal in the Cape and when i walked into the portal and the normal loading screen popped up but then FH stopped responding
The map server was completely empty so it was not crowded and when i log into Pebblestar it would stop responding
all my music is in the right place and so are my file exports :c

Please help ?
(EDIT!!!): i got on the map but everything is black .. i can run and there is music but nothing but me , i can also chat

Try placing the map file into FeralHeart>Media>Terrains instead of Exports.

I no longer see the portals... i am out of the map but the portals to get there are gone, my files are .zip
if thats does anything(as in to unzip them)

You must unzip zip files. FHM files go into Exports/Terrains. FHOs go into Exports/My_Objects.

Both into Exports or FeralHeart>Media>Sky.

I moved all the files where you told me to, i still can see the portals, get in them but when the loading screen comes up it stops responding.
I turned down some of my graphics and tested another character and the same this happens
 I have not gotten into the portal where i can see just black yet

Did you end up putting them in exports or the alternates?
