Title: Problem when starting the Game

Ok, at first, it would appear to be working normally, but when I login, it would try to load the character creator, but instead of loading correctly, a pop-up would appear saying: "FeralHeart.exe has stopped working".

What's the deal with this? Can anyone please help me?
