Title: Partical Call Out

Im in search of a lighting weather partical. I have looked all over the forms, i have even attempted to make it myself but it comes out all wonky. So i was wondering if anyone could get me one. o3o This is for a help mission so you will get credit for your partical making skill.

At least you know where to start. I can't even figure out how to make them. xD
