Title: Can't play the game!

Hey guys,
This might be a dumb question but I'm new to this  ;) whenever I click the icon on my desktop for Feral-Heart and I log on, a bubble always pops up that says "Failed to connect to server" or something like that. I was wondering how I can fix that,
