Title: Cannot load FeralHeart, can only get to setup. :C

I've tried to download a new driver (my computer can run WOW, shouldn't have a problem with this) but it won't open in wordpad and now I'm sad. I press OK and everything disappears, I go back to my wallpaper and it's like nothing happened. Also, I tried to make an account earlier but the email verification was not sent, I couldn't send it again and I had to make an account using my mom's email address. xD

Okay... so you're saying you get to the little FH setup/config box, press OK to start the game, and nothing happens? Have you tried restarting your computer? How about a redownload/reinstall? If you could provide more specific details, I'd be glad to help you. But for the moment I'm stumped just trying to understand your problem. xD

As for the verification email, make sure you check your spam/junk folders. Sometimes it'll go there. Otherwise, you can ask an admin to send it again via PM. (Though I'd change your forum name to your ingame username, Goldfishies, first, with this. (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_user&view=user&layout=form&Itemid=18) Don't want your PMs glitching too.)

I've restarted my computer a few times, re-downloaded the game thrice and nothing seems to make it work. >.< I usually don't have trouble downloading things like this. Any idea as to why it isn't running?

I'm not sure I understand your problem....what are you trying to open in wordpad?

I don't know if this had anything to do with it, but when I right-click 'run as', this comes up.

"Unable to log on: user account restriction. Possible reasons are blank passwords not allowed, logon hour restrictions, or a policy restriction has been enforced."

Hmm. I think it has something to do with my computer settings (duh) and not just the download. Any ideas?

You might need to run it from an admin account on your computer.

Okay, new development. I downloaded Endless Forest with hopes of maybe seeing if it was just FeralHeart that my computer had a wee problem with, but EF kinda does the same thing. I click the link, a white box opens, then it disappears and asks me if I want to send an error report. I'm hopeless. xD

If Endless Forest crash too, looks like you can not run any 3D game. usually that means something is going wrong with the computer. The video card driver can be wrong, or the video card itself.

Edit: Also can be the rendering system, try switch the render system. The ones availables are:
Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem
OpenGL Rendering Subsystem

here are some phases for you
1: download yourself,  if there is a problem
2: ask help on the internet or website, if this dont work then
3: ask help from a staff, if this dont work then
4: ask your sibling(or if you have one) or dad to help you download, if this dont work then im afraid but
5: SEND YOUR COMPUTER TO GET FIXED AT A SHOP!!! hope this helped! ^^
