Title: Realistic Heightmap needed D: ASAP!

So I am having a request :)...I need a heitmap badly.
He is supposed to have some mountains,a stream that begins from a mountain(make sure I can start it with small waterfalls),A lake in the centre of it,rivers(3-4) and that's all.I need maybe some holes so when I will make the map I can make them like underground small dens :).The map will have two wolf territories,camps and such so I need the two camp places be a bit near a mountain each.The camps will be far away from another.I hope all that helped I need it ASAP D:

Alrighty. All I have to do is upload it to mediafire. I included a mask and a readme file for better use.
