Title: Dogs see in colour!!

Dogs DO see in colour! Thought they only saw black, white and gray? Incorrect!

Dogs do in fact see in colour, they just see far fewer colours than us humans do. They can see in blue, yellow and gray! Thats why, when you red or green ball across the garden, your dog has a chance of running right past it. If its not blue, yellow or gray, it can blend into the grass.

Go to TalkingPets.ca/ go to the Dog Quiz and go to expert, it might say its colour blind!

When I first learned this stuff I actually laughed, mainly because of what I thought of how a RP scene would play out if this knowledge were applied, LOL.

Cats can see yellow, green, and blue if I remember correctly. Mine would always bite my legs when I wore jeans or my green pajamas. I bought a toy for my cat forgetting that and he has no interest in the toy whatsoever.

Dogs can see some colors. It's really difficult for them to distinguish greens, yellows, oranges, and reds. That's why you may be able see a tennis ball a mile a away, but your dog may not be able to....unless the ball moved.

  When I was a kid, I thought dogs saw like we did.
When I was 10 they said dogs only see in black and white.
About 3 months ago, I found out they see in other colours like that.
Anyway I have like 4 squeaky toys, a few blue, and my dog doesn't bother to play with it XD
