Title: Preset help?

So I have everything, but the eyes... How do I save the eyes so they show up with the rest of the Preset? I saved it as preset_#eyes.jpeg Is that correct?

I believe its preset_[number]eye.jpg, there isnt a "s" in the "eye" word.
