I know this problem has been posted before but all suggestions given have not worked for me. I've uninstalled the game and resinstalled it and such. The game was working for me just fine the day before, but when the game suddenly crashed, it pulled a stupid with me. Now I can't get on any of the chracters on my account. I can log in, and choose a toon, but once I hit start it begins to load, then is greys out and gives me that FeralHeats.exe has stopped working bs.

Anyone got any other suggestions besides re-installing?

Try changing your rendering system.

There is no other rendering system to choose. It just gives me the OpenGL as an opption.

You have to do it by going to the options in-game.

Denise, I have your problem too T^T. I went on my brothers account, and its working just fine, but mine isn't. -Flails arms- May I join you for raging? Nyeh... The urge to roleplay is coming to me.

And you are completely reinstalling? Deleting the old feral heart folder?

Yes. I took everything out, deleted them and re-installed and still no change.

So when you start up your game, you can't go to Options>Video>Rendering Subsystem and change it via that?

I am able to and even with the rendering changed it does the same exact thing.....I can log in, choose a character (even made a new one), but when I press start the loading screen with grey out and give me the FeralHearts.exe has stopped working.

Seems like you're missing map files, but if you're able to reinstall, they should be placed back in. But since that's not working, go to Feral Heart > Media > Terrains > Fhmaps and double-check and make sure they are indeed-there.

By chance did this start yesterday? I think it may be a problem with the server area where your data is stored itself. Other people are experiencing this problem. Am going to go ask admin about in a second. Might be able to be fixed with a server restart.

Aye it did. Was sitting there, then bam it gave me that FearlHearts has stopped working (So I assume is was a server burp) so I let it set for a time then about an hour or so later I tired to get on and it started this on me.

This is beginning to spite me, I get the same exact problem. I tried the solutions you came up with, and yet they do not resolve this problem. I'm all go for asking an admin about this. It seems like one of the only options left to turn to. Although I'm not for it. My friend said it might be that there is too many people on the server, let alone she attempted to get into Ficho Tunnel with success but agreed that it was extremely laggy.

Same with me, Shadey T^T. I'm on my brother's account right now, Blazefire, and I'm online right now. THey might do a server restart, maybe... Not exactly sure. There's few people with this problem, and the admins may try and fix it. Maybe for now, just make another account and go on FH on that one until something clears up hopefully.

Try again tomorrow. Server will be reset later on tonight or early in morning. May fix problem. May not. Are trying to resolve though.

If not, you can always try making a temporary account or using a side one you already have until is straightened out.

It's also happening to me, hopefully my side account is working. It's getting pretty annoying though, the exact same thing happened to me and to a few more users like, two days ago or something. They restarted the server and the problem was solved.

My game has been doing this for at least two months, it's extremely annoying, not to mention rude when I'm talking to someone and suddenly I have to disconnect without being able to say anything. I never know when it's going to happen as it happens suddenly in the middle of my game. I have tried every suggestion and nothing has worked. Sometimes restarting my computer will give me another 30 min of I'm lucky, but then it will pop up with that error message again. This seems to be affecting many people and should be looked at immediately.

Same thing is happening to me! Ill be just right about to get into the game and then it says that and I havent been able to go on all day. My Roleplay urge is about to slaped me computer. So rage for me. Rage. D:

Still not working for me either. Now all three of my accounts are not working and I receive the message FeralHeart.Exe has stopped working. This has been going on for about four days now in a row for me. My first account was the only one not working in the beginning, but now all three have quit. >.< Will this be working anytime soon? Thank y'all for your hard work in trying to get this fixed.

I've tried mine and my brother and sisters accounts and now I cant even get into the game at all. I'll be logining in and it says Feralheart.exe has stoped working. Its killing me.

As said previously, this need a server restart to be fixed. It already happened with me four times in one week, and there is nothing we can do but wait for the server restart. And since it's weekend, that might only happen on monday. But FH isn't your life. There are other games you can play or other things to do.

I can safely say at least mine does not need a server restart, as it has been doing this for at least 2 months, everyday, and the server restarts have never affected how frequently it happened

Hawkwing, have you tried to reinstall FeralHeart? Or, have you download any maps or different meshes before it started to crash? You're having a different sort of problem, that's not related to the server, I suppose. Also, go to FeralHeart > Media > Particles and search if there are any files there that ends with '_0' or other numbers and delete them.

It's so frustrating O_O this only happens for my characters stuck in the Cape though(yes, I definitely have no double particles and the .fhm for the Cape is still there)
I even made a temporary account, but that doesn't like the Cape either...I hope they actually do the server restart soon, I can't properly test any of my new maps!

Are you on a laptop? Because i am and when i turn it on i have to wait five minutes for it to think and if i dont its says: Feralheart.exe has stopped working windows is checking for a solution to the problem. if you have a laptop that may be why.
