Cougar Cliffs
A Map for Forest Critters

It's finished! Well folks, this is the first map I made to share with the public. This isn't the first one I have constructed, but it's the first one I have really been dedicated to. This is a very simple map with the basic FH objects. This map has been made for the purpose of forest animal roleplays. The map features pine forests, grassy meadows, mountains, valleys, lakes, streams, and waterfalls. A custom sky was made for this map, and also includes some weather effects. There are several dens and caves for animals to hide in or raise their young. So bring your wolf pack, deer herd, bobcat family, or cougar pride, and come have some fun in the forests and mountains!  :D

In this map, you can have Roleplays with the following animals:

Wolves
Coyotes
Mountain Lions (Cougars)
Deer
Elk
Moose
Foxes
Bears
Raccoons
Bobcats
Linxes
Squirrels/ chipmunks
Rabbits
Hares
Skunks
Hawks
Eagles
Owls
and so on, and so forth...

Map RULES: Yes there are a few rules for my map.

1.) DO NOT claim this map as your own.
2.) DO NOT claim any part of this map as your pack or pride territory. This map is big, but it's not big enough for that kind of nonsenes. If there are other players playing in the map with you and your pack\pride, do NOT tell them to get out of your "territory"! It is a PUBLIC map. You need to learn to share with others.
3.) This is a map made for forest animals. NO fantasy creatures: griffons, unicorns, dragons, pheonixes, etc. If you want to be a fantasy animal, there are maps to download and play in that are made for those creatures. This map is NOT one of them!
4.) You CAN use this map for your group roleplays. If your pack or pride needs a map for a mapped forest animal RP you are allowed to use this map.
5.) Have fun in this map, and enjoy it.  :)

Did you put in all the capitals or put in any extra capitals when typing in the name?

I did use all the capitals that were needed in the title of the file. I also double checked my spelling to see if I had it right but it still did not work.

Poisen doesn't have a mate -.- Wolves of the Asacrecy bloodline aren't permitted to have mates.

I know it's a lot to ask but can you make a map for my pack Bleeding Shadows I really need a map for my pack like terrioy please wisper f456g6h to tell me.Wolves are dieding in my pack we need better land i suck at map making please we need big land with a den tunnle. Wisper f456gh6

If you did say that, then I am still confused.

So.... are you saying your mate 'Poision' (who is not 'poisen') is in the video Asacrecy? Which by the way is also my video xD. I don't understand... how could your mate be in Asacrecy if her name is almost identical to Poisen's?

This map is wonderful! Might upload screenies later... But, a very good public map. <33 These 6MB of map finally fulfilled my goal of having a 1.5GB FeralHeart folder. xD

hi i was wondering if a saber tooth tiger group would be aloud in this map they arent mythical creatures but they are extinct but yea just wondering.....

I don't mind, really. Prehistoric animals, such as sabers, dire wolves, and even Scrats, are allowed too.  ;D

Hey, since this map-topic has popped up again, I have a questooon:
Is dis map public or private?
And by that, I mean is it one of those maps where you can only see yourself in it and no one else?
I downloaded Cougar Cliffs a while back and I've never seen anyone else in it and THAT surprises me :/

This is a public map, which is why the title of the topic says "Cougar Cliffs forest map (Open to Public!)"
Not very many people visit this map, which is why it's empty most of the time. But there are some packs that use it from time to time.

This map is beautiful. It should get a lot more attention than it does. :I Though, this is an opinion of course. I remember checking this out a while ago, and was reminded of it today when hearing a few people talk about it in local. ^^

Hey! Gorgeous map. :3 I noticed there isn't a README file to help with the install process. Would you mind giving me some instructions on where to put each file? Or does it all go in Exports?
