Title: i need help :(

i try to login for the game but it keeps saying incorrect password or username, i checked very carefully on the email about my account's username and password but it didn't work, can someone help me please? :'(

If your password have numbers dont use the numberpad in the keyboard because it does not work.
You can try to reset your acount password to another one.

Unfortunately this is a glitch which seems to happen to people with longer usernames ( although not tested so don't quote me on this)
The best advice I can give you is to make a brand new account. Remember when creating your password not to have caps-lock on or use the numpad.

If your password has any caps in it. you might want to something more simple and easy to remember.
