Feral Heart

My terrain is grass everywhere, even inside caves, etc. I've browsed other threads and I've tried reinstalling the game & patch, which seems to be the most suggested solution. My drivers are set to update automatically (unless graphics card drivers aren't included in automatic driver updates?) and just ran an update last night.
I tried changing the rendering subsystem, but the game wont save the setting to OpenGL. I've tried changing it in-game, in the login screen, and even manually in the game's documents. Still is set to the "direct" render.
If it matters, I have a Dell computer with Windows Vista.
I'm not really tech savvy, so bare with me when it comes to explaining how to do complicated processes.

It's a common problem, and as far as I know. There's no solution.

i have that same problem in my game where the terrain is grass and every time i try to make the water set to reflection it just stays the same it might be your computer

Hm... That happened to me too, where I wasn't able to change the rendering subsystem. It was a while ago, so I don't remember exactly what I did. If you give me a bit, I can probably figure it out c:

Well when you start up the game you know how there is a little box that comes up and asks what Rendering system you would like to use that's where you should change it from. If you are having trouble getting to it all you should need to do is open up two feralhearts on the second one it should bring that little box up. Try that if that doesn't work then as the others have said there is no solution as of yet.

Yeah, it turned out that my computer was just too old. It has to do with the graphics card. I ended up buying myself a new laptop and now that works perfectly. Changing the rendering system does help a lot of people, though. But if you are like me, you may just be stuck with it.

Yea, as well the odd person has to update their graphic cards to make it work better. But new lappy tops sounds better XD
