Title: I downloaded Mass Markings...Now i can't play Feral Heart!

I managed to get the Mass Markings pack on my PC.I did what the ReadMe said, but i did EVERYTHING into the Textures, whitch you were only supost to do with the markings,and i can't find it in there.Now i think that it never go in there thinking on it because there were 400 things in the folder,and i put 399 in there.Well, i found a extra thing,the crt? and put it in the Feral Heart Folder like i should have.Now i keep trying to play, but it always dosn't respond as soon as it comes up.Im worried if i install a new Feral Heart i'll lose all my pre-sets, my Char.s and my screenshots.What do i do?PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!

you can reinstall, your screenshots, your characters will remain in-tact. However, just make copies of the presets

as for markings

the marking cfg file goes into the MAIN feral heart folder.

the markings themselves (png/jpg files) go into FH>Media>Textures (replace anything you're prompted to).

Yes, I'd agree with Cloudfish, re-install Feral heart but make sure before you do this to save your presets elsewhere otherwise they will be gone. Did you accidentally put the ReadMe into the feralheart textures? Because that cause problems with your game.

The problem has been resolved.thank you all for answering and helping.I won't be able to get on soon.no one else respond to this untilled I can get on and clarafy.

Okay, I have now put the mass markings into the textures folder twice and the Cfg file into the FeralHeart folder twice, and my mass markings still won't work! If you have any idea how to help me please respond ASAP Thank you!

Did you make sure to click "Move and replace" rather than "Move but keep both files" when moving both the textures and the Cfg file?

You'll mess things up if you don't. o3o

Hey, i was downloading a preset and accidentaly deleted preset 8! Now i cannot use any presets that go into the preset 8 file. :( Please help!

The only way to get rid of the mass markings is if you remember each of the files that came from the mass markings download and you delete them individually from their locations... That includes removing their coding from the cfg file that way the game plays smoothly even after you remove the mass marking files. Easiest thing though, in my opinion, is just to uninstall the game, delete the Feral Heart folder and reinstall again fresh and new. Only thing is that you'll have to back up any important files like presets etc. Let this be a lesson that for the next time you want to test out a mod to back up your default files first just in case you later decide you don't like the mod and want to delete it. If you had the default files backed up else where all you would have had to do is replace them with the modified files/folder.

And please do not double post

Yea, i also want to undownload mass markings now not one marking will show up on my character it shows up on the list of markings but doesn't show up on my character.But...when i looked in the textures folder not one marking showed up in the folder i didn't delete the markings i in fact added the mass markings to it (replaced) and put markings.cfg in my main feralheart folder please someone help! (sorry if this is in the wrong place i don't really get how to use the forums really well)

This thread is older. Make a new thread in the game help section. ^^
Just make sure you export the .cfg to C: > Feralhert and click replace, and export the markings inside the folder to the textures folder and click replace.
