Title: Having issues logging into the game.

I am having problems getting into the actual game. I put in my username and password, but it says they are incorrect.

I have looked at 'The Big Help Thread.' I have the correct username and password, have the latest patch, have good internet, and I have already made sure the game was allowed, and even allowed it through the firewall. I don't think the computer bandwidth is a problem, as I can have many tabs, some programs, and some games open at one time.

It gives me the message about having an incorrect Username or Password, and about 5 miss-enterings cause in a 15 minute ban, but I have double, triple, and quadruple checked that my username and password are correct.

Can someone help me?

I looked at that and fixed something about it being case sensative, and then it said 'Failed to Connect to Front Server'

And now it is giving the same message about the incorrect username or password again.
