Title: MD33z's Pimpin' Presets [CLOSED, Just for show]

+Well, here's my presets and stuff+

These were done at the beginning of FH.
Back then, there was a glitch on one of the ear slots where they wouldn't appear at all.
Back then, there was a feather-tail.  Which apparently got deleted from butthurt reasons.

I'm most probably NOT coming back here.

I'm leaving this thread just for show.
And no, no i'm NOT taking requests anymore. Unless you pay me. But that's it.

And NO, I'm not giving away my presets.
/Maybe/ I'll come back sometime, dunno.

So, here's my first preset ever, Skullsteak |D It took about 3-4 hours. A real pain in the buttocks because i didn't have a grided base to begin with, and didn't know where all the stuff was supposed to come in PRECISELY.
I, personally, think it went really good, though.

EDIT: Just thought I throw this out here; but just ignore me if you're not ready for a request. I've got this wolf character, see here (http://img31.imageshack.us/img31/9639/wolfconcept1.png) that I would LOVE a preset for. I know the splotchy patterns are kinda...ick, but I wanted to make it look like a realistic wolf pelt. I failed, obviously. XD If you have time, would you like to give it a shot? :3

If I may say so, The only crit I see, But this depends of your own view
Would be that around the sockets of the eye's, Where the skull joins tissue
It need's to be a little more defined?
Maybe a little bit of a darker rim or something, But's that's just my point of view. :j

GIMP. It's a free image-editing program. It's basically a lesser version of Photoshop, it works for FH.

It's common courtesy to read through a thread--or at least skim it well--and know the situation before replying.

Besides, like I said, the filled/open slots are in the first post, so you had no excuse.  Just pay attention next time.  :3

When you see numbered slots, and all of them are occupied, it's obvious they're closed.
Also, i stated about...just a page behind that i don't accept reservations or crap like that.

It's interesting.
But, my opinion? It's a bit too crowded with all those randomly-thrown markings and loads of colors.
You should find a way to balance those markings and the overall contrast of the color scheme c:

It's not using a direct outline or anything. The preset is 100% person-made.
It's completely diferent when you actually put it INGAME, but, it's still commissionable, i think.

Ehm...i have no idea. I didn't work with manes yet. I'll try experiment with them when i'll do.


But since the MESH is blocky, then it's the detailed texture that creates the optical illusion that the mane is more fined than it actually is.

Most probably, the mane is blocky because it simply is that way.

Well, FH doesn't accept transparent PRESET textures, only .jpeg.

I tried transparent...in various file types...it didn't work :c

For others to see them ingame, they have to download and instal the preset themselves.

These shown here until now are my own characters, and didn't share them with anyone to see them YET

When you have a preset, you have to give it to your friends so that their own computers recognize the textures and make them visible, otherwise, they won't show.

Maybe in order to get a ticket (one per person) they have to design a character around the preset, so a bio, name etc. Just so that we know that they really want to use it ;)

But... what if it was Shiranui, and not Amaterasu? ;3 I haven't seen any Shiranui presets, and I'm pretty tempted to make my own and see how it turns out, but I'm too lazy. xD  Just a suggestion since I've seen Amaterasu made countless times, but not Shiranui. 8D

Whoo, glad you like it /o/ i'm uploading the .zip file right now. All you'll have to do is extract the files to the preset number 9, 'cause i always use the materials from that one for the requests. If it's occupied, then i can re-edit the .material file to match whatever slot you want XD.

...:O! when i saw the first preset u did i was  :-\ and then i saw the dragon one and i was like :o AND THEN I SAW I SAW THE METALFLAME ONE AND I WAS ALL LIKE.... -.-... -.o... o.o... O.O... -amazed face- I WAS SPEECHLESS! THAT METALFLAME PRESET WAS.... I appreaciate all your comments , appreciations and suggestions.

But please, stop asking for a preset. I've already said i can't do ANYTHING until summer.

Just a few weeks until then. Just a few weeks. Have patience.

I have these life-threathening exams here and i need to learn.

Don't get me wrong, i'd /love/ to fulfill your requests guys, but i just ain't got the time.


I appreciate the fact people want a preset from me so bad, though...but, wait until summer? Please?

All of these were JUST retextured. That's it. No added items or parts. Just drawings over the models.

I did the textures at the beginning of FH, when, apparently, there was a glitch where the ears wouldn't appear.
And there was also a feather-tail. Which was deleted apparently for a really STUPID reason.

I'm sorry, but I'm not active at all on FH anymore. I don't like the game, it's not as appealing to me as IT was, so yeah.

I'm just leaving this thread for show~ My presets are STILL /my/ presets and no, I won't give them to anyone. Maybe I'll come back sometime, idek.


I'm still doing IT prey retextures from time to time, I gess.
