I type my password and my username I checked them and they were both right. I click "log in" and it says "Incorrect username or password. ( 5 failed attempts causes 15 min ban)" I have downloaded all the patches and the latest one too. It alwasy says the same... -.- :(
Please someone help me?
Is it my pc or the game? or whatever?
I really want to play this game.... :(

Try to use the numbers below F1-F12 instead of the number pad.

Numbers below F1-F12??? O.o You mean that I need to type those numbers instead of my usernamed and password?? (Btw Im new here... :$ )

No. The number pad is the square of numbers at the very right of the keyboard. When inserting numbers using said number pad, it will claim that your username and/or password is incorrect.
When typing in said username and password, hold shift and use the line of numbers below the line of F1-F12 to insert any number(s) in your username and password.
My apologies for my lack of good explaining.
Also, you can always press 'modify' in the right-hand corner above your post to edit out any spelling mistakes or add something else you want to include in your post. Double posting is not very appreciated. :)

Ok, I suggest resetting your password. Hopefully that works.

I did this over than 4 times :P It still says the same :/
