Title: I NEED HELP UPDATING MY FH MAP!

Ok, so I just dowloaded someone else's map, followed all the instructions, went to cape and found a problem: THE PORTAL ISN'T THERE BECAUSE ONE OF MY OLD ONE'S ARE!!! I keep going into map maker, and unclicking the "has portal" button and restarting feral heart BUT ITS STILL THERE!!! I am a mostly visual learner, so you may have to be vivid on explaining this to me...But I REALLY need help with this, so if you could tell me how in the world to delete this annoying portal, that would be really great. If you have exported any of the maps then you need to go to your exports folder and delete the .fhm files. Example Forest.fhm if thats your map and it should move one of the portals from Cape. Remember to save your map after unticking the Has Portal button.
