Can you survive the conflict?

The Story Begins...
Several hundred seasons ago...at the dawn of the earth. The Dingo Tribes of the Goula Mashar and the Mala Atal roamed the Plains, hunting and surviving, nomadic in nature. A wary and unstable peace was forged between the two, in the face of crisis. Lions and Wolves, and the small cats with many families started wandering through the plains, causing tension in the air. Soon, a great battle was fought against the wolves. The two chieftains of the Tribes, Mar'tarin Stormbane from the Goula Mashar, and Hawa'kan Moonseeker of the Mala Atal rose against the leader of this alliance, Nodah, from the Wazoli pack. Though they fought bravely, both Tribes were driven from the Plains, with the species, canis familiaris dingo rarely seen there again.
Battered and weary, the two tribes wandered, in search of a new land to call home. Seasons passed, and the nomads had no luck. The Farseers from both Tribes begged and pleaded to their ancestors, the totems, and the elementals, and finally...their prayers were answered. While this land was not as fertile as the Plains, the dingoes were very well adapted to the sandy terrain, the scorching days, the freezing nights, it was a safe haven. After a quick scouting of the territories, Mar'tarin Stormbane and the new Mala Atal chieftain, Kur'rian Grasswhisper decided on the camps and the territories, with the Mala Atal getting the Northern half of the land, and the Goula Mashar getting the Southern half of the land. They set aside the cliff they had first seen the land from as a neutral territory, one where twice a month, on the full and new moons, the two tribes could meet in peace and share news. Several Festivals are also held here, celebrating the Elementals, the totems, and the founding of the land...a land they named "Cobar", which is part of the Dingo Language that means "Burnt Lands". And thus...our story continues...

Meeting the Tribes...
The Goula Mashar
The Goula Mashar are a strong, sturdy, warlike tribe, where muscle and energy triumphs over spirit. This tribe, even though they still look to their ancestors and such, aren't as devoted to them as their neighbors. The patron elements for this tribe are the elements of fire, earth, and lightning, while their totems are the kangaroo and the saltwater crocodile. Goula Mashar dingoes, including the females, are shorter and stockier in build, without dark rings around their eyes, but with dark tail tips usually. They live in the lower camp, and are better known for their Burnus than their Shaman.
The Mala Atal
The Mala Atal are the lithe, long-legged neighbors of the Goula Mashal, and wit and spirit often trump brawn. This tribe is very faithful to their ancestors and totems, and aren't as aggressive as their neighbors. The patron elements for this tribe are the elements of water, wind, and earth, while their totems are the Kookaburra and the Quokka. Mala Atal dingoes are all very tall, with thin bodies and long legs, and usually have large ears and dark rings around their eyes. They live in the upper camp, and are better known for their Shaman than their Burnus.

About our Faith...
The dingoes of Cobar are shamanistic in faith, believing in the elements of fire, earth, wind, water, and lightning, as well as animal totems and ancestral spirits.
Water: is 80% of the time, the totem of a shaman. Very few Burnu have the totem of water, and those that are, are sometimes ridiculed. The personality associated with this totem is calm, steady, and patient.
Fire: is almost always thought to be the totem of a true Burnu. Few Shaman are ever classified with Fire, and the personality associated with Fire is strong, destructive, and brave.
Earth: is the strong, steady totem that goes along with the Shaman. However, there are a few Burnu with the totem as well, so this one is rather neutral. This personality is steady, bold, and thoughtful.
Wind: is another Burnu totem, but can be seen with Shaman as well. This personality is often described as quick, flighty, and mischievous.
Lightning: is a rare totem when seen, and has never been seen on a Shaman. Only the rare Burnu have been born with this totem. You must ask me to roleplay as a dingo with a lightning totem.

The Rankings...
Chieftain(ess): leads the Tribe, and is the one who makes the decisions.
Wirinun/Malkamarru: The Wirinun for the Mala Atal is like the head shaman. They are respected almost as much as the Chieftain(ess). The same goes for the Malkamarru, but they are the head Burnu, not the head Shaman. Neither side has the other. When the Chieftain(ess) dies, they become the new one.
Wandong: Are the elders of the Tribe, and are often looked to for guidance from the Chieftain(ess) and their understudies. They have finished their physical services for the Tribe, and are now here to teach the younger generations to come. Females are referred to as "Thagwa" and males are referred to as "Wudu"
Shaman: Are the healers of both Tribes, and are able to communicate with ancestors, totems, and elementals, as well as interpret signs from them as well. While not as revered by the Goula Mashal, they are in high esteem within the ranks of the Mala Atal. They are considered fully grown adults with a last name of their own.
Burnu: Are the Warriors and Hunters of both tribes, that guard boundaries and collect food for the Tribe. They are very well respected within the Goula Mashal, but not as much in the Mala Atal. They are considered fully grown adults with their last names.
Narani: Are either learning to be Burnu or Shaman, and have recieved their totems. They do not yet have last names, and are only known by their first.
Thupinh: Are the mothers of the Tribes, whether expecting or nursing pups.
Puku: Are technically pups. They have not received neither their totems or last names.

Creating Your Character...
A few things to consider..
Our names are a little different...
Cobar's dingoes have certain names. Names like Star, Moon, Raven, and things like that just don't cut it here. The first name is always going to be tribal sounding. It doesn't have to mean a thing, and I found an excellent name generator right here. http://rinkworks.com/namegen/ (http://rinkworks.com/namegen/)
As for the last names, it would just be something that sounds like a Warrior Cat's name.
