Title: ORIGINAL Feralheart -- background pitch black?

Hi sorry to post this, I don't mean to be a bother.... I just downloaded the original FeralHeart and for some reason my background is just black... I don't mean to be a bother but could I get some help please?

I guess I should explain a bit more. You see I can make a charrie but the background is black there too. I thought it was weird but kept going. Then when I finished it I tried to play and it logged on just fine and such but the background was itch black. My charrie can do the actions, I can type text that no one sees it. I have never played before so I'm a little confused and just to be clear I am sure it is Feralheart and not Feralheart+

It might be a glitch, Maybe because its old (Maybe) And they have made a new one. Im new too so i dont really know just a suggestion really

I really appreciate your help but um.... I tried switching it but it tells me I have to restart the game and every time I do it changes back.... So am I doing something wrong? I'm so sorry for being difficult >.<

Just to check look into the FH folder-->media--->particles. Anything ending with _0 or _1 delete it. If that doesnt work ty running FH as administrator by right clicking the icon and clicking run as administrator.

on FH+ the background is pitch black and i can only see the caricters. I tried everything and it didn't work! Help me

This is very strange... Is it the type of computer you have?
I've heard about this glitch, And i've heard it happens a lot on FH+.
I've never heard that it happens on the original though.
I think that it's your graphics card. A graphic card is a thing in your computer that loads all the graphics of games and internet and stuff- It's either broken, Or maybe a bit old.

If you've tried switching your rendering system to Direct3D and restarted the game (close it open it again) and it doesn't work, try restarting your computer and trying again.
You can also try downloading the Torrent version of the game setup in case it works :)

Also try to switch off the water reflection in the game to make sure that isn't the thing messing with your game~

And if the other thing i said didn't help, This is only a guess, But...
Well i used to have a feral heart map but then i had to re-install FH Due to a thing and so the map was not there anymore. But when i went to my character and started the game (The character used to be in the map), Everything was black. Like your problem. Was that your problem? The same map thingy?
