Title: Help to stop lion killing in South Africa

South African lions are being killed for their bones.
A global ban on tiger bone sale has been done, and now hunters has a new prize: the lions.
You can help easily to stop this lion killing by signing the petition to president Zuma to ban and punish the trade in lion bones.

Oh, sorry i forgot to mention that. That site keeps sending you mails from other campaings about other problems (internet censorship, politics, environment, and others). if you don't want to heard about other campaings anymore just unsuscribe or use your extra/spam mail as red said.

Having been born in SA makes it especially irritating to me to see wild animal numbers disappear like this.. Thank you Thierry for posting the petition on here (Chu deserve a nuzzle for this), have signed a long time ago as I keep signing petitions when they pop up. We need to spread the awareness but not just on lion bones being sold to china.. canned hunting is another horrid reality many animals face in South Africa..

I would love to post all about it on here but I might not be able to control myself and possibly get banned. (Bloody poachers and the real syndicates behind it all running the show and china keeping up the demand! (Note that there is some hope in china as there are activists against these cruel traditions that are killing wildlife like the rhino))

I think you should make a thread about signing petitions and info, one thread for all of them if they are a lot.

Wish this was thought of earlier.. I enter the army in less than a week and then I won't really have the time to keep track of petitions or to update the thread etc. Nvm I don't have a lot of time now to do it, but I'll give it a shot and hopefully other members can keep it running from there.

the problem with petitions is that there are literally millions out there, but finding the right ones can be a tough cookie - especially now - after having signed them and all.
Same goes for info on stuff like rescues of lions from horrible breeding farms and stuff. I have so many bookmarked articles I sometimes can't find the one I'm looking for when I try find it later ^^.

The number has stagnated at below 800'000. We need a lot more signatures if we to reach 1 Mil. If you guys have Facebook, share the link please. Do it often and tell your friends about it. Do it for the wild floofs in Africa.
