Okay so last week right before got off FH something popped up on mi laptop that FH wanted access to mi internet and with instinct i pressed block access. I havent been been able to log in since and all it says is "failed to connect to front server" and I know many people are having this problem but mi friend was able to log in with minimum tries into Flourite Plains. Can someone direct me on how to unblock it or get into FH without reinstalling it?!

i think.. you may have to shut your wifi/internet off for a second then turn it on again... it wont effect anything, but it may ask the same question, you need to press allow. FH doesnt give viruses so dont worry.

Are you trying to log into Flourite? That could be the problem because I get that "failed to connect to front server" message all the time when I go through any portal to Flourite. I can play fine anywhere else but the moment I try to enter Flourite I get that message. Usually it takes me logging in several times before I can access that area. Just keep trying to log in. I hope that will work. If you see the same message about the FeralHeart needing access to your internet thing take a screenshot of it.

Yeh me and my friend are going through Flourite Plains. But weve even tried to push through wen there are like only 80-100 ppl on but it still wouldnt connect only she could.

If you can't access Flourite,Then you need to /wait actually because alot of people enter Flourite and it is quite full.

oooh, just keep retrying, t'is been really busy lately, everyone is experiencing this problem, keep retrying or, maybe make a new character and play on a less crowded map. There is a thread that Red made that may help you experience better connection.

Azsa when you were entering Flourite did you use the Ficho Tunnel portal?

Yes but ever since last week i havent been able to enter into Flourite or much of anything

Yeah its just because the number of users, sorry for this inconvenience hun. >.< keep trying, you'll get in eventually. Or just wait in cape till it goes down.

What you can also do Azsa is to use the portal from the Cape to enter Flourite because I've noticed that for some reason when you use the portal from Ficho to Flourite this problem happens. But again as did the others mention it does seem to be a common issue so best thing you can do is just be patient and stay in less populated map of FeralHeart until you can access Flourite... or like me you'll just have to get used to logging in like a hundred times if you really want to get into Flourite lol. Good luck. Hopefully this issue can get fixed some day.
