Title: Making really heavy snow weather

OK so I'm making a weather that makes the snow super heavy, but when I set the rate up, the snow stops after a certain period of time then it starts up again! I want my snow to be continuous, so is there any way to make it work?

Hmm try to make a weather cycle with the entire thing be your heavy snow particle.

thats not what I mean, what I'm saying is even though i might make the entire CYCLE as the weather, the actual SNOW stops and starts, not the cycle.
