How do i report someone?

Take a screenshot of the offence, Upload it to tinypic.com copy the forum code and send it in a private message to a Mod/Admin.

Heres the list of Mods/Admins.

Then nothing can be done. Bans can not be given without proof of the offence.

Un-block him and then take a screenie. :3 With the little Fn and PrtSc keys.

Nope. Because he probably won't do that thing you wanted to report him for again. And... let that be a lesson learnt. Whenever someone does or says something innapropriate, take a screenie right away. .3.
