I'm looking for a collar for one of my characters. Not a spiky collar, just a typical collar. If it has a bell, it would be even better, but not mandatory. Are there any out there?

Ringo and Delay have a collar with a bell, although the bell is huge. x3

I don't think there are anymore collars out there though.
