Title: the graphics and game wont load properly

I was able to log in, create my animal, and enter world. My character is able to run around in complete blackness. I been trying on and off since this morning. unable to see others online or chat either.

Please be more specific.. Did you download FeralHeart+ (Plus) or the regular?

If I'm correct in assuming it's FH+, then download this map-file (http://www.mediafire.com/?bl7o1nzs6rn7ubi) and save it/place it into your exports folder in C:Drive > Program Files (If it's located in there on your pc)> Feralheart+ > Exports. That will sort our the black-background as you enter the game with  new character or if your reset home and "Go home".
