Title: Black map?

I have just downloaded FH plus, and it worked perfectly,
BUT, when i went to the map, it was all black and i could only see my character.
Why does that happen?
How can i fix it?

You need to be in Bonfire Island if you just switched to FH+.
Go into regular FH and go to Bonfire Island.
Then load FH+ and that character should be in FH+ Bonfire.

You go to your home. Reset home position. If it says "reset home position to ?" then you're missing something.

It says right under the download to FH+ on the downloads page, if you want to enter FH+ you must move the character you want to go in to Bonfire, and vise versa.

:) just do a simple thing go to your FH not FH+ go to Feral Heart > Media > Terrains and Fhmaps and copy the lonely cave and paste it in FH+ > Media> Terrains Go into the game and try to go to home pressing B key The lonely cave will be ugly so go to water and to the cape portal and restart your journey :D

The map can be black because that version of the game simply doesn't have that map file. You can follow the other's methods of getting back to a playable map. I find it easiest just to reset home.

i cant do anything if i just downloaded it since i had the account two years, i dont know if i ahve to jsut delete it and never play it or do i just even need to download something?

Please try putting your post into more detail so others can understand the matter at hand. If you are talking about the Black screen try downloading the original FH aswell, Once you get online on the original FH run to the map Bonfire island. Then go back on FH+ and you will no longer see the black scren when you explore. However if you use the original FH again you will have to repeat this process of running back to the bonfire island map.

what i meant is that i think i messed up and both the original and the feralheart+ have black maps, i can only see other players but not where im going at all, i could have went to bonfire island before downloading the other feralheart+, but i guess i wil have to wait

Reinstall FH.
Go to your FH folder and run the uninstaller, then delete the folder.
Then go to your downloads and run FHSetup.exe.
(If you had any maps or presets, move them out of your FH folder before you delete it.)

PLEASE HELP! Im about to get violent with my computer! >:( Every time I log onto FH its black. I tried doing everything that was possible but I am about to give up. All that remebered what happened was that I had pressed some button about my COMODO AntiVirus or system protection trying to trust or a new file that had been moved and I pressed some button about how to trust this application. Nothing works. Does it mean I have to redownload FH?

Ok Ill try reinstalling... though i will have lost my chars! :'( But will I lose my friends and groups?

You will lose none of that stuff. All that is connected to your account, not the program, re install and log in, and you will still have everything as before.

Under C//program files/feralheart or wherever you decided to install your game, there will be an uninstall  icon. Mine is just called "Unins000"
