I'm not entirely sure what you mean here, but when you export the map, you need only to distribute the exported files. You'll end up with a .fhm and a .fho.
The .fho is all the objects used in the map, (including the meshes, textures, and materials) so there is no need to send out the .object file.
In addition to a .fhm and .fho, you may end up with a .fhs and a .fhw.. and I think that's it. c:
