So,I want to change my interface and I really don't know how to  :-\.Can someone explain how I can replace my custom interface with another?

You can search around FeralHeart (or use Google) to find interfaces other members made and download them and follow their directions. Or if you want to make one yourself, there are a good amount of files you will have to edit. all of them are in Media/Textures. They are all the files which the names are indicators of what they are on the interface. You will have to edit each file like you want (keeping them the same size) and overwriting the old ones with your custom files.
