A Map I made, because I was bored, really. Nothing much to describe it. It can be used for both as a get-away map, or a survival 'stuck on an island with no food' RP map.

Yeah... it's a small island.
But there are still some secrets to this map- but they're secret, and I'm not going to tell you, you have to find out on your own. ^^
I did base this on my Chameleon Island map- which is one of my favorites to this day, but I still found flaws in it's desgin- this one I feel is a touch better. anyway, you decide on that fact.
Now, because of the sound rocks, I did have to put the download into two parts, I'm sorry for this, but it's the only way.
Part one, 'Media' this goes in the named folders of your FH, the files in Sound goes in Sounds, the files in Terrains, Textures go into Terrain, textures in your own FH. here is the link: DIMedia (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?lq9amhlxega053e)
part two, 'Exports' all thats in here is Exports, nothing else. Here's the link: DIExports (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?njgjw6h2x1sbyx2)
you need BOTH links. without the media you would see yellow and black lines across the terrain, and well- it's obvious exports is important.
I hope you enjoy it. thank you for looking at this Thread.

Nice use of tropical plants in the second pic.. though i think it'd look nice if there were a lot of small ones, not a few giant ones xD
-
I would make it alot more detailed, but Lag is the problem- too many meshes= lots of Lag. and with the grass that's already surrounding the small pond, it already creates a quite a bit of lag.
and this lag, doesn't just cause a slow game, but also makes bad tokens and 'failed' connections to the map.

I'm going to re-do this map. I think I found a solution to the sounds. as well as taking advice and spending more time on this map. I'll post the link and new screenshots when I can.

Sweet! I can't wait c:

This... will probally lag like hell, but- I'll try my best to stop alot of bad tokens.

Ohmygoodness *o* That's beautiful. I so wish i had your map making skills haha. Keep it up! Yeah, I sure hope I wont get a ton of bad tokens lol. Though i can run pretty much anything without having FPS lag so hopefully that wont be an issue c:

Ah thank you ^^
there is still a small issue with the sound, that I found while showing this map to a friend. if you go away from one placed (and hidden) sound rock, sometimes, the othersoundrocks won't be in sync with the other and will behind a few seconds causing the song to overlap. to correct this- just exit and re-enter the map (log out and back in).

whoooop. 200MB. Worth every minute of the wait... Not that laggy either. c: Looks like you put a lot of work into this. Looking forward to more of your work!

Thank you :) I enjoy making smaller maps like this because I can find the time easier and detail them more like this. I'm glad you enjoyed my map ^^
