Title: What the heck must I do?

Hello Everyone.

Since a couple of days I'm unable to play FH. I can login and choose a character, but when I press 'play' it keeps saying that 'Feral Heart.exe' doesnt work anymore. And I've tried everything: Restarting the computer, start as Administrator, Uninstall the game and install it again.

Please, I really need your help!

Hm, odd. If I were you, what I'd do now is uninstall the game and try downloading the torrent (still found in downloads). If you have tried the normal download and the torrent, then I'm not sure.

When you uninstalled it, did you try deleting the FH folder, and then installing it again?
What about getting a new installer? (Re-downloading.)

Hey Michelle :) Definately like Ruby asked when you uninstalled the game did you also delete the old Feral Heart folder and any other possible lingering files? I'm curious is this happening with maybe just one of the characters a few or all of them? Sometimes the problem can be with the server on that particular map that you're trying to get into. I have been seeing alot of people reporting this same problem so it could be the servers acting up since they increased the amount of users for maps to 300 from the old 200 limit. Another cause of this problem could possibly be from certain damaged map in game files. If you're in a private map on any of those characters it could be caused by the private map files of textures, weather, object etc.

Sometimes when FH crashes, the rendering system changes too, making the game unable to start.

Try changing it in this way:
Open Ogre.cfg file who is located at C:\FeralHeart\
You can open it with notepad.

you will find this line as the first line:
Render System=

just swich between these 2 next lines (depending on what you have)
Render System=Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem
or
Render System=OpenGL Rendering Subsystem

save the file and try to run the game again.

I have no idea of what is the problem and i can not give you an accurate solution.
Can you try to log-in with another account?.

I had this problem on my other account, allhailtehwolf.
What I did is I made a new account. I still have the same password, and everyone will probably know its me, cause of my username. You can find me as hailtehwolf now ^^

I thank you all for your help, but it still doesnt work. Even on my other account it keep saying when I choose a char that ''FeralHeart.exe doesnt work anymore'' I'm pretty desperate now..... :(
