Title: How Do I Get Wings?

I asked some people in-game they said it would be with the hat in the maker.

My computer blocks FH but not FH+ so I only got FH+.

Wings are in the fourth tab in the character creator.

You can't have wings in FH+. You'll need to get regular FH.
