Title: Lighting

Hey I just thought it would be a neat idea for when its dark the light is acutally "Dark with it" like when you sleep at night the lighting is dark not just the sky so I thought that would be neat for darker Lighting.

I need this to happen so I can see my glow in the dark markings actually GLOW IN THE DARK! at night there is still lighting.
