When i get into the game, the screen is turning White and its saying something like that: Feral Heart could not work right now Looking for a solution, Alright it finished and when i get back in its the same. I tried re-installing the game but it remained the same. PLEASE HELP ME X.X :-\

First off let me ask a few other questions just to clear up some things before I give you any specific tips.
1.) Are you a first time user of the game? You could try deleting the FeralHeart folder after uninstalling the game in case there is a corrupted or damaged file. Then reinstall after.
2.) How far into the game can you get before the screen goes white and it crashes? Like can you get past the log in? If you can consider changing the rendering system. You can change it the moment the games starts or by clicking options in the game and then video settings and switch it to either OpenGL or Direct3D9 since this sometimes helps the problem.
3.) Is the specific error message you're getting FeralHeart.exe by any chance? or it just says "Feral Heart could not work right now Looking for a solution"?

Hey Skids. Sorry to hear you are having the same trouble. My best advice to you right now is to try and follow the few suggestions I left here but also to post a new help post for yourself because more people will be able to see it and help you individual in case your problem is slightly different from Talbaba's. Also Skids are you getting a specific error message? If you are please tell me here so we can narrow things down as to what the exact problem might be.

Well as I told Skids avoid piggy backing on someone else's post. Try to either find an answer for your problem in an old help thread by using the forum search bar or create a brand new post so it can get more attention and more help... especially since this post is kind of old.
Aside from that I suggest you try the same things I said above:
-Delete any double particles in your particle folder. Those would be extra particle files that have a number on the end. Those are often sneaky reasons why a game can start crashing
-Try messing with your video settings in the game option menu if you can reach it and go into the options and then into the video settings do this:
Switch between different rendering subsystems: OpenGL & Direct3D9
Anti Aliasing to none
Water Reflection to off
View Distance to 0
-If all else fails uninstall your game and delete the Feral Heart folder and then reinstall nice and fresh. (If you do this though be sure to back up any important files like presets etc into another location in your computer)

Since everyone is having the same issue here some steps.
1. Log in
2. Look down and it should say Character Reset
3. Click it and scoll down
4.Put your Account Information
5. Then click the place that your having trouble.

Ya.. when i got these presets and tried to put them in game the entire thing went yellow and black , i tried fixing it now its white. could someone help me with that thing? :-X
