Title: Dark game screen

I'm having a strange problem whenever i enter the game and go into character selection the background screen goes black is it because of a mess up when i installed it or just the game?

Is this in FH+, or the normal FH?

If it's in FeralHeart, there's something I'd like to know. Does this happen after joining the game, or in the selection? Also, can you see your character during the event?

Usually a black screen means you have a missing map if you are in FH+ download the map files you see above  if your in the original FH then you must have accidentally deleted a map file causing your surroundings to look live a black abyss if so please re-download FH and it should be fixed

I downloaded the maps but it don't works... I always have a black abyss on FH+!
