I recently downloaded an item pack and my character is currently equipped with one of them. I can use them and see them perfectly, but others users say they cannot see them.
Is this an issue with them or for me? How can people see my equipped items?

It's not an issue at all. The other users probably can not see your items since they themselves do not have the downloaded files those items are from. In order for them to see the items on you they have to have downloaded the same item pack like you :) You can always tell them where you got the pack from if they are your friends and they can download it too that way they can see them on you. Same goes for custom markings and presets and most any other add that was not included in the original game files.

Well duh dont be silly they didint dowloaded those items and thats it ts simple :)

Short answer: no . They can only if they have same items in their Feral Heart bin :D it's good because we don't have so much 'lags' in game C: But if you and your in-game friends or reall friends want to see that, i don't see the problem to send them item files :D

They need to have the items that you download to see it.
