Feralheart won't launch! Each time i open it to play, it says windows has stopped working and makes me close the program. What should i do to fix it? I really wanna play.

Did you exported any map who uses particles?
Did you installed any mod in the game?
It crashed while you was playing before this happened?
-
I don't know. Lately i've been working on a map for my group. What happened was i exited out and went back on, and the problem started.
-
probably it crashed due duplicated particles. When you export a map, the particles are duplicated making the game to crash the next time you start the game.
Search for any .particle file ending in _0 and _1 and delete them.
Only 1 duplicated particle can cuase the game to crash. and if you delete more than you should you can make the game to crash too.
-
could you please xplain how to do so? Sorry, im a bit lost. I can't really consider myself familiar with this stuff.

To check for double particles go to:
C:/FeralHeart/Media/Particles.
Then from there right click any of the double and select "delete" option. Follow what Thierry said I hope that helps.
And by the way do not make double posts about the same or similar topic:

Keep posting under this same topic until it is solved.

I have no double particles.
And sorry about that.

humm... ok.
The easy way is to back-up your maps and stuff, then to delete/rename the FeralHeart folder and then to reinstall it. After reinstalling it check if it works, and if it works, then put your map on the game againl.

I think the last way to repair it is reinstalling Feralheart. But you can try to download latest patch. If it won't help .. sorry about it but you must reinstall your game.
-
Like Smiler said I believe that's probably your last option now too. If you do decide to Uninstall the game though make sure to back up any really important custom files like presets etc into a seperate folder else where in your computer and then uninstall the game and delete the Feral Heart folder just in case there are any lingering files corrupting the game. Then reinstall the game and let us know how things go. Goodluck Sherbetbutts.
